EXAMINATION
Gives visual access to hidden and obscure areas, utilizing specialized equipment, to locate possible fungal growth.
HVAC & VENTILATION CHECK
Visual and diagnostic assessment of air conditioning and ventilation systems to detect possible fungal growth, excess moisture and poor airflow.
AIR & SURFACE
SAMPLING
Two distinct methods used to quantify presence, type and concentration of mold by sampling indoor air particulates for mold spores, and possible fungal growth on physical surfaces.
MOLD INSPECTION REPORT
A detailed report outlining the complete property Mold Inspection using our professional methods. Each report includes Lab Analysis, Inspector Observations and Mold Remediation Protocol.
We cannot perform both the Mold Inspection/Protocol writing and the physical Mold Remediation service to avoid conflicts of interest.
POST-REMEDIATION VERIFICATION (PRV) TEST
Get an independent final evaluation after Mold Remediation to confirm successful remediation, safe occupancy standards and ensure the remediated space is returned to normal indoor fungal ecology using our professional methods. You can expect to receive your PRV Test Report typically in 2 business days. PRV Testing after Mold Remediation is recommended after any Mold Remediation.
Post-Remediation Verification (PRV) Test pricing is not included in any Mold Inspection service pricing.
MOISTURE MAPPING
Detect possible elevated moisture levels in various building materials of affected areas of your property through our Moisture Mapping investigation service using a moisture meter and thermal camera. A Moisture Mapping Report including specified areas will be emailed. On-site mapping may take up to 2 hours. Receive your Moisture Mapping Report same-day.
